Sign-up

Click Sign up on the sign-in screen and fill in the form:

Email: the email you'll sign in with. It's also the one schools use to invite you.
User: your name as shown on your profile, in the chat and in schools. 3 to 30 characters: letters, numbers, dot, hyphen or underscore.
Password: at least 8 characters. You'll have to type it twice.

When you sign up you start with a 14-day trial period. See what happens when it ends in Plans and subscription.

Your account takes your browser's language (Spanish or English; any other language becomes English). You can change it at any time in Settings.

Verify your email

After signing up we send you an email with a link to activate the account. Until you click it you won't be able to sign in.

The link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, ask for a new one with your email from the same page.
If you can't see it, check your spam folder or click Resend email. You have to wait a minute between one email and the next.

Sign in

Sign in with your email and password. For security, after several failed attempts in a row access is blocked for a while; once that time has passed you can try again.

To leave, open the user menu (your name, at the top right) and click Sign out.
